Karen Schaible is a Registered Nurse and Certified Psychology of Eating, Weight and Life Coach whose mission is to teach busy successful women how to lose weight for the last time. She helps women end the beating themselves up, the frustration, the sadness, the feeling controlled by food by giving them a unique approach to weight loss.

Karen knows this approach works because she lost 100lbs over ten years ago after a 20+ year battle with food and weight. Using her system, her clients gain self-confidence, feel sexy, have more energy, have better relationships and live the life they have dreamed of, and, as a bonus, lose weight for good!
